To enable ssh in a fresh installation of raspbian:
- mount the SD system partion in a Linux PC
- rename
$ /etc/rc2.d/ssh/K@@ssh
to
$ /etc/rc2.d/ssh/S@@ssh
(@@ is a number)
to start ssh al level 2
